• These items are one-of-a-kind, so some are no longer available. That said, I may be able to make a similar one for you!
• All items are handmade. There may be small inclusions, or bubbles as is common in handmade glass work. These do not detract from the beauty or value of the piece. In almost every case the web site image is of the actual item you will receive. A few pieces are samples of a series. This will always be noted on the applicable page.
• Orders are shipped via US Postal Service.
• Packing and shipping charges are generally included in price of a given piece EXCEPT for orders being shipped outside of the continental United States. In such cases, price will be adjusted accordingly to make up for additional shipping fees.
• I prefer PayPal, but also accept MasterCard and Visa.
• There may be a delay of 2 to 5 days before shipping for verification of payment.
• Returns for refund may be made by requesting a Return Authorization (RA) within 7 days of receipt of shipment and initiating shipment back to Wesley Fleming within the next 3 days. Due to credit card processing costs, a 5% restocking fee will be charged on all returns for refund. Refunds are only available to the original purchaser of an item.
• A Return Authorization is required for all returns and may be obtained by calling Wesley Fleming at (800) 489-8934. Returns received without an RA number will not be accepted.
• All returns must be in original condition and packing and shipped via insured carrier within 3 days of receipt of the RA.
• Shipping and handling will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for all return shipment costs.
• Special Order items are not returnable.
